Your PT Session

Before your first session commences, you will be taken through an induction to discuss your goals, any medical conditions and to evaluate your current level of fitness.

Your blood pressure, resting heart rate, weight, circumferential measurements and bodyfat and muscle percentages will also be taken and recorded for you to monitor if you wish.

Being able to monitor your results each week or month gives you great motivation to reach a new level and a good incentive to continue with your programme.

You will be given a programme that will detail the correct number of sets and reps and exercise choices best suited for you and your goal for you to follow either in your own time or with a trainer.

For those that are serious about weight loss and making a real change to your body shape, a full Fitness Assessment can be conducted to give you a good "current body status report" (SEE WEIGHT LOSS PAGE)

Take as much or as little help as you need to reach your targets whatever they may be ....weight loss, muscle toning, general fitness ....or body building!
