Weight Loss

To achieve a leaner, firmer and toned body, nutrition plays a key part. You can spend as much time as you want in the gym, but if your not eating the right foods its unlikely you will get the results you require.

Make sure you are eating enough protein... foods such as chicken, fish, eggs are all great sources ! Many people, especially women, do not eat enough. Protein is the essential fuel your muscles needs in order to recover after a workout, without enough protein your muscles will be unable to repair themselves properly and it will take much longer to achieve the toned look.

Try and commit to a training programme at least 2-3 times a week incorporating weight training and cardiovascular workouts. Weight training will tone your muscles and the cardio workouts will reduce your fat and gradually give you great looking definition.

A big mistake made by many that are trying to lose weight is to pound the treadmill, cross trainer or rower. Unfortunately pain does not always equal gain!! For your body to be better at burning fat, it is best to exercise at the level where your body is efficient at burning fat. The harder you exercise the higher your heart rate and the less body fat you burn. The good thing about working hard is you burn lots of calories.

REMEMBER ... DIETS DONT MAKE YOU FIT AND HEALTHY AND YOU CANT BE ON ONE FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE!

MAKE EXERCISE PART OF YOUR LIFE AND LEARN HOW TO ENJOY IT... AND ALL THE BENEFITS!

FACT: Around 30,000 people in the UK die prematurely of obesity related illnesses each year.

See what you can achieve in 12 weeks!
